When you fill in the audit form or email us, we receive the details you give us: your name, email, company and message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a call and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Client data

When we work on your systems, your customer data stays in your systems wherever possible. We use it only for the work you’ve asked for, keep access limited to what the project needs, and delete our copies when the project ends or when you ask.

Services we use

We use trusted providers to run the website, email, scheduling and our automation tools. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@reawake.si and we’ll respond within 30 days.
